My name is Kevin Pham and I am an 9+ year Product Designer with Product Management and Graphic Design experience. For the last 7 years I've been managing, designing, and launching products for a B2C SaaS sports social network early-stage start-up. I am currently Head of UX at a B2B live chat analytics platform start-up where our mission is to help sport teams and leagues with year-round fan engagement. My experience as an early stage and founding designer has allowed me to steer product strategy, develop design systems and processes, solve problems across the entire customer life-cycle, and grow and mentor our product department.
