I'm an end-to-end Product Designer with 10+ years building B2B/B2C sports, data, & AI experiences

AI-Enabled | Research-Led | Strategy Focused

Hello! I’m Kevin Pham, a Senior Product Designer with 10+ years of experience across product design, product management, and graphic design. Most recently, I led design at Pro Football Focus, driving a B2B platform used by all 32 NFL teams and 180+ collegiate programs. Previously, I led product strategy and design at FieldLevel.

I’m an AI-enabled, hands-on designer with a strong foundation in user research, my core strength, using it to uncover insights and guide product decisions. I blend research with rapid iteration, leveraging AI across discovery, prototyping, and production. I’ve shipped AI-driven features like natural language search and chat experiences while accelerating workflows with cross-functional teams.

I’m a measured product strategist and collaborative teammate who understands when to push for the right outcome and when to make thoughtful tradeoffs. I specialize in 0–1 products, scaling systems, and delivering impactful, user-centered experiences through strong execution and collaboration.

Marty Styles - VP of Product at Pro Football Focus

“I’ve had the opportunity to work with Kevin at Pro Football Focus where he is a designer on our B2B product team building tools used by NFL and college football organizations. Even though Kevin sits within the design organization, I’ve been consistently impressed with how effectively he partners across product, engineering, and data to deliver thoughtful solutions in an incredibly complex domain….

… Kevin is also an excellent cross-functional partner. He brings an open, collaborative mindset to product discussions, is receptive to feedback, and approaches problem-solving without ego. That kind of attitude goes a long way when building complex products that require tight coordination across multiple teams.”

How I Work

(with Humans & with AI)

  • Partner with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to define the problem space. Conduct user research and usability testing to surface user needs, validate assumptions, and identify key opportunities. Synthesize findings into clear problem statements and product directions.

  • Work with cross-functional teams and AI tools to rapidly explore concepts, flows, and edge cases—balancing speed with product intuition.

AI Tools: Claude, Figma Make, ChatGPT

  • Use AI tools and Figma to quickly turn ideas into functional, high-fidelity prototypes. Partner closely with engineers to ensure feasibility and production-ready thinking.

    AI Tools: Figma Make, Cursor

  • Test early and often with real users through lightweight usability testing sessions. Capture qualitative and behavioral signals to validate assumptions, uncover friction points, and identify edge cases. Synthesize findings quickly and iterate in rapid cycles to continuously improve the experience.

  • Launch with clear success metrics, then use AI to analyze user behavior and feedback to surface actionable insights. Use AI to streamline the design and shipping process; accelerating iteration, prototyping, and QA, while pairing data signals with team judgment and direct user conversations to refine and improve the product in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
